What do you like most about your job?
My Job gives me the opportunity to grow with everyday new challenges in Operations as well as working with a young and energetic operations team are the most exciting parts of my job.
Operations is 24X7 job and to manage and meet the expectations of the job is the part I appreciate the most. Every day I get new learning and new experiences which add to my knowledge is an add on in this job.
What is the one core value which you share with BainBridge Navigation?
Trust and hard work are the two most important aspects for any business organization and BainBridge implements them together. Your hard work wins trust and if you have trust in people, you always do your best. This is what I have learnt in my personal life as well.
What is your role & responsibilities at BainBridge Navigation?
As Deputy Head Operations, my role is to manage operations team and handling day to day operational issues along with legal disputes and arbitrations. My main role is to have optimum and cost effective solutions for the organization.
What did you learn while working with BainBridge Navigation?
24×7 involvement from top to bottom hierarchy in the work. This gives full control over work and employees never feel alone as there is always someone to guide, help and motivate. There is a difference between boss and a leader, I learnt to lead here.
Share a fun and interesting story from work?
I remember one story from the Potluck arrangement that we did in groups. The bachelors found difficulties in food item arrangement and few of them arranged from the local grocery store. It was quite fun to eat together like a family.
How do you spend your weekends?
Well weekend also we have work to do but apart from work, usually I spend time with family, outing, shopping, and movies. Now a days, there is no outing or movies, so best thing is watching web series.
If you can watch one movie, this weekend, what will it be?
Definitely I would like to watch Gullak and Gunjan Saxena. Heard lot about these movies.
