What do you like most about your job?
When I was sailing on board, I used to face day to day challenges like long working hrs, fatigue, sleepless nights due to bad weather, cultural differences, family issues etc etc.
But here in offshore it’s a different ball game, It’s a very competitive industry, and we have deadline to meet. But, feeling a sense of accomplishment when I am up against a deadline and we only have one shot to get it right, and it turns out better than we could have imagined.
