At BainBridge, what I like is that we are a team, but I have the freedom to be me — that is vital. The variability of my job is what gets me up in the morning.

Trust, Honesty and Teamwork are what I share with BainBridge. Also, the will to win and never giving up are what I follow in my life and have found here too.
What is your role & responsibilities at BainBridge Navigation?
My role in BainBridge covers a wide range from performing a variety of administrative duties for the Top Management to preparing documents such as circulars, drafts,
various letters, emails and other correspondences for the Team for various day to day functions.
What did you learn while working with BainBridge Navigation?
Hard work and hardcore fun. Work-life is endless learning. Each day I learn, grow and develop, seeing the learning opportunity in everything I am asked to do has been my perspective and so far it is working really well.
Share a fun and interesting story from work?
A lot of memories to cherish, from celebrating every employee’s birthday together to enjoying amazing “Potluck Lunch”. We at BainBridge celebrate each festival as a family together.
How do you spend your weekends?
Being a working woman, weekend is an opportunity to relax, reflect and rejuvenate. Catch up and gather all the energy spent the entire week. Turn off social media and get social, spend time with family & friends.
If you can watch one movie, this weekend, what will it be?
The Family Man has been on my list and I think I will binge on that.

What mantra will you give to a newcomer at BainBridge Navigation?
No matter what level of education you have, if you want to succeed, you need to keep on learning. So, don’t be hesitant, mistakes are welcomed until and unless you are eager to learn and grow.
