There are plenty but the most important for any business is HONESTY.
What is your role & responsibilities at BainBridge Navigation?
I am hired to look after Southeast Asia direction primarily to focus cargo’s ex East
Kalimantan to India.
What did you learn while working with BainBridge Navigation?
While working with BainBridge I learned that never lose hope and keeping giving your
best.
Share a fun and interesting story from work?
There are many interesting and fun stories, but the parties and trips are the most funs
ones. We all get to come together, enjoy, and share bond except for work.
How do you spend your weekends?
After spending entire week in office, I love living moment with my family over
weekends.

One word to describe culture at BainBridge would be Supportive. Everybody is
supportive and are there whenever one needs help.
What mantra will you give to a newcomer at BainBridge Navigation?
For a newcomer I would say, never lose hope and always remember sometimes you have
to lose a battle to win a war.
