What is your role & responsibilities at BainBridge Navigation?
As Accounts Manager my role and responsibilities are to manage the accounts team and to supervise their work. My work mainly includes- Preparing and maintaining cash flow analysis. Preparation of Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statement. Operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for any necessary entities. Responsibility of GST, TDS, VAT Dubai and other Statutory & Regulatory Compliances Responsibility of external Stat Audit and Other regulatory tax filing Developing and managing annual budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.

What did you learn while working with BainBridge Navigation?
BainBridge is all together a great learning experience for me but mainly I learn how to be a good leader and how to manage a team.

Share a fun and interesting story from work?
There are lots of fun and interesting stories from work, but my favorite is companies weekend Sports Activities. Cricket matches really work as a stress buster for me and all of us.

How do you spend your weekends?
I spend my weekends with my friends and family. And I also like watching web series on weekends.

If you can watch one movie, this weekend, what will it be?
I would love to watch John Wick-3 this weekend.
