What is your role & responsibilities at BainBridge Navigation?
My roles & responsibilities has a wide role from assistance on scheduling task of our
Management to all administrative duties. Being responsible & loyal towards my work for
helping the smooth running of the business by ensuring filing, making records, note
taking & documentation for all day-to-day work to ensure that it is kept up to date.
What did you learn while working with BainBridge Navigation?
Working in a team environment. Never give up, work hard to make your goal
accomplish. I believe in myself, at each day in BainBridge is a learning. I learn and being
with my colleagues and team. BainBridge is a family & second home for me where I can
approach my team & leaders easily for any work without any if or buts or any hassle. A
good Organization is one who makes their employees feel better at their workplace where

Being a working Women it’s tough to manage your personal life along with working life.
So, weekends are the time to spend a quality time with family & to gear up all spirit nd
