I enjoy the responsibility to handle the operational matters/situations where my single
decision can impact the outcome of business worth millions of dollars.

Teamwork is the core value which I share with Bainbridge team where everyone is
ready to help each other at any given time and chip in to solve problems.
What is your role & responsibilities at BainBridge Navigation?
My role at Bainbridge is to operate the vessels efficiently, add on valuable inputs in
day-to-day operation keeping company’s profit in mind.
What did you learn while working with BainBridge Navigation?
While working with Bainbridge Navigation I learnt to handle pressure situations,
work in team and deal with counter parts.
Share a fun and interesting story from work?
There are many fun memories with the team, one of them is when whole team was
in Mumbai for annual party, where we got chance to meet people from shipping
industry. We party whole night and next day went to Alibaug via ferry and did a lot
of water sports together.
How do you spend your weekends?
During weekends I usually hangout with friends, party and listen to music.
