What do you like most about your job?
My job provides me a chance to get in touch with people from different cultures with different mindsets, it’s interesting to observe the diversity of human behaviours and try to rethink the same question from other’s mindset.

What is the one core value which you share with BainBridge Navigation?
All the real problems we are facing are complicated and no clue to solve, but we can aim only to solve a very small part of the big problem every step, accumulating enough, we have conquered the seemingly impossible question.

What is your role & responsibilities at BainBridge Navigation?
My focus is Supramax size vessel and cargo in Pacific region, trying to seize profit by riding the wave of markets. Developing and maintaining long term business relationships.

What did you learn while working with BainBridge Navigation?
There are a lot I need to learn in the big family, the most important one I have learned is teamwork, together we are strong!

Share a fun and interesting story from work.
I don’t know Hindi, I heard one Indian colleague keep saying “take it” on phone, so surprised that he fixed so many in such short time, then I asked, and he told me he just said ok in Hindi.

How do you spend your weekends?
I prefer to spend weekends with my wife, we usually go for hikings or watching show/movie.

If you can watch one movie, this weekend, what will it be?
The lord of the rings

Good Communication is essential to shipping business, both external and internal.
