What do you like most about your job?
The continuous learning process and the excitement that everyday challenges bring is what I love about my job. It is never stagnant; it keeps me thrilled and it keeps me growing.
Never have I ever had a day of boredom, there is so much happening and that is how our shipping industry is, dynamic.
What is the one core value which you share with BainBridge Navigation?
“Never give up” is the spirit I share with the company. We at BainBridge work with “Never Say Never” attitude. We might try different solutions, but we never stop solving.
This is exactly how I navigate in my life.
What is your role & responsibilities at BainBridge Navigation?
My role is to find non-India related new business/projects/trade routes and try to hedge the risk at all angles. I make sure that the projects flow without any obstacles and avoiding all risks.
What did you learn while working with BainBridge Navigation?
I learnt to be less rigid and more fluid. The working culture is not conventional but adaptable. We adapt modern ideas and let every innovation grow. We are also flexible and that keeps the day light yet productive.
Share a fun and interesting story from work?
There is no particular story but everyday there are fun and interesting conversations, and it is difficult to choose one. Every day is exciting here.
How do you spend your weekends?
I have a little aquarium, so I take care of that and find my new restaurants.
If you can watch one movie, this weekend, what will it be?
I like special effects, so it must be “Monster Hunter”.
