What do you like most about your job?
In the unfortunate event, of things not going according to plan in a particular
assignment/fixture, one gets to learn a lot in a very short span of time as the repercussions
start to be seen in no time
What is the one core value which you share with BainBridge Navigation?
A company which doesn’t keep a tab on who comes at what time and who leaves at what
time, due to the fact that a fixture’s responsibilities are put on the pic’s shoulder and work
goes on round the clock.
The trust in the employee that even if late or on weekends, the organization’s work in
being done is what is valued here.
What is your role & responsibilities at BainBridge Navigation?
My role is to look after the operational part of a fixture and to look after the voyage of a
merchant ship from the time of it coming under our charter to the time it leaves
What did you learn while working with BainBridge Navigation?
Apart from the work, I have learnt communication skills, and office management as to
how should one, apart from work, should get along with the clients, and that building a
rapport is the key to all business development.
