What do you like most about your job?
I joined this company recently however I love the working culture here; especially the transparency and sense of encouragement of working without taking any external pressure. This helps me to work more effectively and efficiently.

What is the one core value which you share with BainBridge Navigation?
One core value which I exhibit in the company is my flexibility towards work. I prioritize my work and am readily available to solve all the queries.

What is your role & responsibilities at BainBridge Navigation?
My roles and responsibilities here in Bainbridge is to manage the entire IT infrastructure like taking care of vendor management related to IT and along with that I am looking after the users’ queries as well, etc.

What did you learn while working with BainBridge Navigation?
While working in the company I learnt how users’ queries must be at priority always and no matter how intricate and lengthening a query is, we must solve that without any delays.

Share a fun and interesting story from work?
Although it has been quite a few days since I have joined Bainbridge, so I haven’t encountered something funny yet however I would like to share that my team is very supportive and welcoming. I love to be a part of Bainbridge.

How do you spend your weekends?
I spend weekends binge watching movies or shows on OTT platforms and trying different cuisines to eat.

If you can watch one movie, this weekend, what will it be?
I would like to watch STRANGER THINGS series on Netflix if i get a chance because the past 3 seasons have been great and interesting

One word to describe the work culture at Bainbridge would be “Transparent” and this is quite important when we work in an organization

What mantra will you give to a newcomer at BainBridge Navigation?
A mantra that I would like to share with a newcomer will be that “learn at your pace, try to get acclimatize and never step back to challenge the status quo”.
