What do you like most about your job?
My job is very interesting for me because every day I deal with variety of data and information that makes me thrilled. I love playing with data, the kind of insight it brings to you is the most intriguing part of my work. It gives me contentment as well as rejuvenates me to work towards my goals.
What is the one core value which you share with BainBridge Navigation?
In my point of view, I find self -improvement is one of the core values which makes everything in a better shape. We do mistakes at every stage, learn a lot from our mistakes and improve ourselves. Self-growth is the mantra I have followed all my life and the work culture of BainBridge Navigation resonates the same.
What is your role & responsibilities at BainBridge Navigation?
Being a data analyst, my role and responsibilities are to provide accurate and insightful data which contributes to the growth and everyday operations of the organization. Keeping a track of the outcomes as well as strategies through numbers is what my work compromises of.
What did you learn while working with BainBridge Navigation?
I understood that you need to develop a warrior mindset and take every day as a challenge to conquer so that you can convert every challenge into an opportunity. If you stay focused on “how to solve it” rather than “I don’t know how to solve it” and if you can figure out what you can instead of what you cannot, there is no turning back.
Share a fun and interesting story from work?
As a part of fun activity, we went on a trip to Soghi. We created lifelong bonds on that trip and the colleagues I work with, we are no more just team members but family. We experienced trekking, rock climbing, bonfire and above all this, we made relishing memories which I am really missing as we all are currently working from home.
How do you spend your weekends?
I spend my weekends with my family and try different recipes which I learn from YouTube. I always had an interest in cooking, and I love serving delicious dishes to my family every weekend.
If you can watch one movie, this weekend, what will it be?
Locke & Key has been on my list for a while, so will start with it.

“Nurturing environment” is apt to describe the work culture here, as my personal as well as professional skills have blossomed working here and I am looking forward to grow and learn more.
