What do you like most about your job?
At BainBridge, I like most about my job is work-life balance that can be achieved as I have a control and freedom within my job and plan my daily routine workflow.

What is the one core value which you share with BainBridge Navigation?
Trust. Trust in the workplace means employees enjoy a culture of honesty, psychological safety, and mutual respect. They’re proud of where they work and are more willing to go above and beyond for the organization.

What is your role & responsibilities at BainBridge Navigation?
My role at BainBridge Navigation is to provide office administration and human resource, day-to-day task, and upkeep BBN Singapore office.

What did you learn while working with BainBridge Navigation?
Self-discipline and prioritize daily workflow to complete the task.

Share a fun and interesting story from work?
My first trip to travel to Mumbai, India to attend BBN Annual Dinner event in November 2019 and it was also my first visit to this country.

How do you spend your weekends?
For me, weekends are to relax and catch up with family and friends. I will attend courses for self-development and personal interests like web design, social media marketing, adobe photoshop & adobe premiere to create my own web page, Facebook page and food blog. Also, I will attend baking courses and do my 3D Jelly designs over weekends.

If you can watch one movie, this weekend, what will it be?
None, all weekends are packed with activities.

What mantra will you give to a newcomer at BainBridge Navigation?
Persistence is the word for a newcomer at BBN as if you are persistent in whatever it is that you want to accomplish. you will have the strength to keep moving forward and give you vital experience to add value to the growth of the company.
