What do you like most about your job?
Accounts and finance are highly exposed to amendments so keeping myself updated and using that knowledge in my work is what I like the most about my job. I keep myself updated and aware which also adds to my personal growth. I repel monotony and the kind of challenges I come across at work are so exciting and diverse that I look forward to work every morning.
What is the one core value which you share with BainBridge Navigation?
There is not one but two, patience & accountability are two crucial values which I practice in my life. It is indeed wonderful to find the same values within the organizational practices of BainBridge. Being accountable and not just responsible for the tasks as well as the outcome brings a flow to the functionality of the company.
What is your role & responsibilities at BainBridge Navigation?
At BainBridge Navigation my role & responsibilities are towards accounts and related work such as Bookkeeping, Monthly Return Filing, TDS Compliances, GST Compliances, Payroll working, Internal Audit reviews, Annual Compliances such as Tax Audits, Annual Returns etc.
What did you learn while working with BainBridge Navigation?
Working with BainBridge Navigation is all together a learning experience. I have learned a lot here such as communication, team working, problem serving and growth friendly mindset. We are not just finishing tasks; we are improving each task and problem at BainBridge.
Share a fun and interesting story from work?
Office Holi celebration is the most fun-loving memory of mine. All the employees enjoyed a lot with lots of food and colors. These celebrations bring a lot of happiness and togetherness in the office. I am looking forward to more such gatherings, hopefully this year.
How do you spend your weekends?
I spend time with friends and family, or I will be watching web series or probably go out and shop. Weekends are for good food, family time and movie night.
If you can watch one movie, this weekend, what will it be?
I am definitely watching Ludo, I am a huge Pankaj Tripathi fan. My colleagues keep talking about that movie and I want to join the conversation as well.
Give one word to describe the work culture at BainBridge Navigation?
“Motivating” or “Nurturing” is what I can think of, because that is what we all have experienced while working with BainBridge. There is scope to grow and space to try, error and learn.
